Saint Lucia Food & Rum Festival
The Saint Lucia Food and Rum Festival, held over three days, exhibits the finest of Saint Lucia's culinary and rum history. The Food & Rum Festival is a culinary event that draws some of the top chefs, rum aficionados, food critics, and gourmands from all over the world, not just the Caribbean. Several award-winning chefs make dishes inspired by the island's distinct cuisine, which combines flavors from French, British, African, and Indian cuisines. A festival consisting of Caribbean food and beverage professionals from across the world, custom-made creations that will change your perception of Caribbean cuisine.
The Festival will include dinners with meals by our invited chefs, rum talks, chef demonstrations, rum tastings of over 40 rums from throughout the region, and performances on Saturday and Sunday nights.
