Saint Lucia Jazz Festival has grown into one of the country's most important events, as well as one of the most awaited on the Caribbean calendar.
The annual Saint Lucia Jazz Festival brings renowned performers' saxophones, trumpets, and bass guitars to the Caribbean island. Each year as May approaches, Saint Lucia Jazz draws worldwide interest to the island as the world waits for the announcement of the regular star-studded lineup. R&B and jazz singer Ledisi, trumpeter Etienne Charles, and six-time Grammy-winning bassist Christian McBride have all performed in previous lineups.
The festival, which takes place over many days and is created in partnership with Jazz at Lincoln Center, is a hub for performances, educational programs, and festivals. It's held in several locations over the island, allowing you lots of chances to dance to the music.
