Seadrill
Seadrill is a petroleum sector deepwater drilling contractor. For tax reasons, it is incorporated in Bermuda and run from London and Houston. Semi-submersible platforms, jackup rigs, and drillships are among the company's assets.
John Fredriksen, a Norwegian-born shipping magnate, established Seadrill as a Bermuda corporation on May 10, 2005, and it was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in November 2005.
They are establishing the standard in offshore drilling from shallow to ultra-deep water, in both harsh and benign conditions. They assist customers securely access oil and gas resources, allowing them to transmit energy throughout the world.
