Skipping the oil

Oil-free frying was a promise made by your air fryer. You purchased it in order to enjoy crispy cuisine without all the fat. However, when you fully eliminate the use of oil, the air fryer actually isn't at its finest. However, if you follow the instructions correctly, you will still significantly reduce the quantity of oil you need. A little oil will aid in the browning process and enhance the flavor of your dish.

Any oil can be used in an air fryer; however, cold-pressed oil shouldn't be used due of its low smoke point. Only around 1.5 tablespoons of oil are necessary to fry a batch of fries. Simply pour it into a bowl with your raw french fries, toss to coat, and then pour the mixture into the heated fryer. Another option is to simply lightly spray the potatoes with spray oil, toss them, and then place them in the fryer. Additionally, your lightly salted fries won't blow around and burn while cooking if you season them with garlic salt or another favorite spice. When using an air fryer, practically everyone makes this error. This is something you should keep in mind and steer clear of.
