Space Sweepers (2021)

Song Joong Ki's most recent feature is the space science fiction flick Space Sweepers. Jo Sung Hee's film project captivates spectators with its amazing effects and incredibly colorful and eye-catching space combat. Set in the future, when the earth has become too polluted for humans to survive, Tae Ho (Song Joong Ki) and the crew of the trash ship Victory unintentionally uncover a fascinating robot infant. Instead of giving up this youngster to UTS to get the bonus, the members hesitated, resulting in a quarrel.

In at least 16 countries, including France, Malaysia, Croatia, South Korea, and the Philippines, the film premiered at number one on Netflix. Upon its release, the film also led to Netflix's daily top 10 rankings in 80 countries. During the first 28 days of its debut, Space Sweepers attracted more than 26 million household watchers on Netflix.
