Sparrow’s Beach Bar
Sparrow's Beach Bar is a new addition to Union Island that has already been dubbed one of the best eateries in the area. This location morphs from a casual, beach-side setting during the day to a top-quality seafood restaurant at night, with day beds for when the sun is shining. Order meals to be delivered right to your sun lounger, and in the evening, indulge in one of the delicious à la carte menu options for an unforgettable gourmet experience.
With the addition of awnings to provide lots of shady beach sitting and the inauguration of their pizzeria serving freshly baked pizza daily from 3pm until late, Sparrow's Beach Club has made significant renovations for 2019. Bertrand Sailly, a well-known Union Island businessman and legendary fisherman, catches superb local seafood and cooks it to perfection. His smoked marlin is delectable, and he serves a daily fresh catch, live lobster from the pond, or one of the chef's specialties, such as tuna sashimi, carpaccio, and tartare. To deal with their popularity, the kitchen has been increased in size this year, and numerous delectable new dishes have been added to the menu, including conch sauté flambéd with Pernod Ricard, Fish Fillet in sea urchin sauce, wild crayfish from St. Vincent, and conch spaghetti. Sparrow's famous fried ice cream, crème brulée, lemon pie, banana flambée, and chocolate mousse are all available for dessert.
