St. John the Baptist University
St. John the Baptist University is one of the best universities in Malawi, with over 5000 students and more than 200 faculty members spread across the campus, offering a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in Engineering, Management, Science, and Humanities. The Sisters of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate and the Collaborators and Fathers of the Missionaries of Mary Immaculate run the university. SJBU currently has two campuses in Mangochi and Lilongwe. Plans are laid for the development of the University to develop in all its spheres.
