St Mary’s Islands – Eye-witness The Cluster Of 4 Islands

St Mary's is a group of four small Indian islands. These islands, like the Giant's Causeway in Ireland, are famous for their basaltic rock formations cut into a peculiar hexagonal shape. These islands are a must-see due to their rocky beaches and clear blue water. However, many people are still unaware of the existence of this Indian island.

Aside from the volcanic rocks, an interesting feature of St Mary's Island is that one side of the island has a beach made entirely of shells, which is why it is known as Shell Beach. There are a lot of shells here, but no sand! The climate of the island reflects that of the surrounding areas, and it can get quite hot and humid in the summers. If it gets too hot, you can always cool off under one of the island's many coconut trees. You can also get some cool juice and food from the stalls or dip your toes in the water.
