Stay on the move.
Take a look around you; almost nothing is static to any organism. The entire universe is thought to be active, growing, and always changing. Yoga is the same way.
Every lesson is different; you'll learn a new skill in physical and mental dynamics. Body parts must be aligned with one another, readjusted with alterations, and pointed in completely different directions. And when you meditate, your mind and psyche try to break through any imagined barriers you've built.
The movements of yoga are usually quite gentle, what is needed here is just the flexibility of your body. So try to stay on the move instead of resting too much during exercise. With adequate hydration as well as a relaxed mind, keeping the body in a state of constant movement is not a difficult thing.
Leaving your comfort zone can make you feel as if the world is collapsing around you. However, it might also mean that the universe is providing you with fresh opportunities to improve.
This is, like so many other things, easier said than done. Yoga, on the other hand, can assist you by serving as your go-to practice for constantly pushing yourself to new limits while remaining grounded, because it teaches you to gain confidence and security from within, rather than from outside sources.
