When your life becomes a series of recurring events, and you hold on to the same beliefs, habits, behaviors, and relationships, you create a circle — a ... read more...

  1. You never know when the perfect posture may appear, and that's what yoga is all about – living at the moment! It's about learning to enjoy the present moment rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.

Try to focus on each breath, listen to each beat of the heart and let an empty brain, mind not thinking about the sadness and pressure in life. The moment in the present is the precious and worthy of attention.

However, if you're having a hard time focusing on the present because of life's problems, create a few pre-workout rituals. For example, light a candle with your favorite scent next to the room, or turn on some melodious music. They will bring you back to reality.

Most yoga teachers encourage students to focus on the trip rather than the destination and to embrace the practice, and we should all pay attention. This mindset will help you not panic out when things don't go your way, and you'll be able to accept anything that comes your way with open arms – good, bad, and ugly!

  2. When humans are confronted with a difficult scenario, what happens? Some people will shrink or give up, but many others will go on to accomplish great things and even surprise themselves. Why? Normal situations do not allow us to tap into our true potential, but when we are under pressure and know that our lives are on the line, we are more likely to give it our all.

Similarly, yoga takes you out of your comfort zone. The challenge of getting into a posture that requires focus and visualization, as well as breathing properly and quieting the mind — all at the same time — forces you to confront various aspects of your body, mind, and soul.

Before getting into the exercises, set yourself a goal and offer a reward for achieving that objective as well as a punishment for not meeting the aim. Putting pressure on ourselves, and love it, because that pressure to help ourselves develop better and get better, is not a bad thing. On the contrary, they help you get out of the comfort zone that you have been waiting for so long. So, give yourself a little pressure during yoga practice to become better and more perfect every day.

  3. Take a look around you; almost nothing is static to any organism. The entire universe is thought to be active, growing, and always changing. Yoga is the same way.

Every lesson is different; you'll learn a new skill in physical and mental dynamics. Body parts must be aligned with one another, readjusted with alterations, and pointed in completely different directions. And when you meditate, your mind and psyche try to break through any imagined barriers you've built.

The movements of yoga are usually quite gentle, what is needed here is just the flexibility of your body. So try to stay on the move instead of resting too much during exercise. With adequate hydration as well as a relaxed mind, keeping the body in a state of constant movement is not a difficult thing.

Leaving your comfort zone can make you feel as if the world is collapsing around you. However, it might also mean that the universe is providing you with fresh opportunities to improve.

This is, like so many other things, easier said than done. Yoga, on the other hand, can assist you by serving as your go-to practice for constantly pushing yourself to new limits while remaining grounded, because it teaches you to gain confidence and security from within, rather than from outside sources.
