Steve Martin
Steve Glenn Martin is an American comedian, actor, writer, producer and musician. During a national tour of the 1970s, Martin performed an unusual comedy in front of a crowded hall. He became a successful actor, pianist, writer and banjo player.
Steve Martin has received five Grammy Awards, a Primetime Emmy Award, and an Academy Award of Honor at the 5th Annual Governors Awards in 2013. Among many awards, the Kennedy Center won the Mark Twain Award for American Humor. Honors and AFI Life Achievement Award. In 2004, Comedy Central ranked Martin at #6 on their list of the 100 Greatest Stand-up Comics.
In 2021, Steve Martin made and starred in the Hulu comedy series Only Murders in the Building, which earned him a sixth Golden Globe nomination.
