Stokksnes Beach
Stokksnes is a headland on Iceland's southeastern coast, near Hofn and Hornafjördur. Stokksnes is located south of Kastarárfjall and includes Vestrahorn mountain, which was featured in the Bollywood film Dilwale. Stokksnes H-3 Radar Station is positioned at the tip of the headland. Stokksnes Beach is located on Iceland's southeast coast. The nicest part about this beach is that it features a massive mountain hugging the sea and resting proudly on a black sand beach. The views here are literally to die for, and your first view of the beach and the proud mountain on the black sandy beach will leave you speechless. Pictures can not do express perfectly what this beach has to offer, it simply has wickedly amazing views. Stokksnes Beach is also a fantastic site to watch the famous Northern Lights due to its dark color.
Stokksnes Beach is also peaceful and free of people, so if you want to experience beautiful views surrounded by nature's untouched beauty, you should definitely pay a visit to Stokksnes Beach. There is a little cost to enter Stokksnes beach, but it is well worth it to see this breathtaking area.
