Surf and Yoga Holiday in Lanzarote, Canary Islands

The surf lesson is offered at Playa de Famara, a 6-kilometer-long white sandy beach with sound waves all year. There will be five days of instruction. The surf classes will be essentially practical, but there will also be theoretical activities to help you better comprehend the waves, the environment, and the ocean.

After the sessions, you can relax at the beach, visit a tourist attraction, do yoga, or have a few beers. Every evening following the surf session, yoga is taught in Famara, either indoors or outside, depending on the weather.

Yoga classes are specifically designed to help you improve your surfing by improving your balance, flexibility, core strength, breathing, and concentration. Each yoga class includes a meditation and relaxation technique to help you disengage from city life and reconnect with yourself and nature.

You will stay in Lanzasurf's Surf House in Famara, located on the beach with beautiful sea and mountain views and only a minute's walk from the village. The Surf Houses are self-contained and fully equipped. It's a great spot to meet other folks from the surf and yoga camp and make the most of what Famara offers.
