Urban Yoga Retreat in the Heart of Barcelona

Every day, you will have two hours of private morning yoga for retreat guests, during which you will be able to follow the yoga retreat program with a dedicated teacher.
In the evenings, you will also enjoy the daily sunset class on the rooftop terrace, which overlooks the city. When it's chilly or raining, Yoga Weeks has a comfortable indoor shala where you may practice.
Classes will be taught entirely in English. Daily lessons will be followed by a vegetarian brunch prepared and available following the practice. Then it's free time to explore the city until the afternoon Yoga class. There are options to explore the city, enjoy the beach, or relax and be.
The Yoga Weeks team also provides other optional activities such as massage, Barcelona tours, away days, paddle boarding, cycling, massages, alternative therapies, and much more in and around the city.
The center is located on a lovely and peaceful street, but it is only a few minutes walk from the historic Gothic neighborhood and a ten-minute walk from Barcelona's coastline. The structure was built in 1890 and is one of the cataloged instances of the modernistic style (Gaudi's movement). The building and residence have been preserved in its entirety.
All rooms are big and thoughtfully created by PPT Interiors, one of Barcelona's most creative and young design studios. The end effect is a warm, lovely, and pleasant place to stay, rest, mingle, and practice yoga.
