Before sailing throughout the Mediterranean Sea, you will locate the most gorgeous beaches for morning training. As the sun sets, you will end the day with a meditation or yoga practice. At night, anchor on a fabulous beach to spend the night and have a meal at one of the nearby eateries.
Each morning and afternoon, yoga will be practiced on a different beach. Vinyasa-based techniques will be adjusted to the group and each individual. You will also mix yoga practices with meditation and other workshops in the afternoon. You will spend this week living on a sailing yacht—the most incredible sensation, although completely different from the regular conveniences of modern life. Luziana is a fantastic and very comfortable 47-foot sailing vessel. It can sleep up to ten people in five distinct cabins. This quaint sailing boat also has an excellent outdoor dining deck with a seating area.
This means many exquisite al fresco breakfasts, brunches, and dinners soaking in the scents of the ocean and the surrounding surroundings. The boat also has a wonderful front deck where you can rest and meditate or go sun gazing.
