Tenglong Cave

Tenglong Cave Scenic Spot consists of the water cave, dry cave, carp cave, breeze cave, Dujia village, and three dragon gates, and is China's best tourist cave, with a total volume of the first in the world. In October 2005, China National Geographic magazine named Tenglong Cave Scenic Spot "the most beautiful place in China."

Tenglong Cave Park has a total area of 69 square kilometers, with the southwest derived from the entrance of Tenglong Cave, connected with Mingyan Gorge Canyon scenic spot; the northwest to the black hole, connected with Xuezhao River Canyon scenic spot, and on the whole, it distributes from southwest to northeast, a long and narrow area along the Qingjiang river valley. The elevation of some areas is over 1000 meters above sea level. Tenglong dry cave scenic area and water cave scenic spot are the two developed key scenic places. Tenglong Cave's cavern group has a total of five strata from top to bottom, including more than 300 caves. The cave has five summits, ten hallways, and over ten underground waterfalls; no poisonous air, no snakes or scorpions, no pollution, and a constant temperature of 14 to 18 °C.
