The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S.Lewis

The Chronicles of Narnia is a seven-volume fantasy series by author C. S. Lewis. This is considered classic children's literature and is the author's most famous work. Inspiration for the series is drawn from many sources: in addition to adapting traditional Christian themes, characters and ideas are generously borrowed from Greek and Roman mythology as well as old tales.
