The Kitano Hotel New York

The Kitano is located in Manhattan's Murray Hill district. Due to its strategic location, south of Midtown East, it is rather simple to go to both downtown and Midtown. This makes it a good option for business travelers, particularly for those trying to go to Midtown offices. The Grand Central Terminal, which connects to the 4, 5, 6, and 7 metro lines as well as the shuttle to Times Square, is three blocks from the hotel. Right outside the hotel, it is simple to hail a cab.

A considerable deal larger than most ordinary rooms in New York City, the standard rooms (nameed Superior Rooms) are 305 square feet and come with either one king bed or two double beds. There are 11 different types of rooms and suites, with sizes ranging from 305 square feet for Superiors to 805 square feet for Townhouse Suites. There are separate living rooms in every apartment. Other amenities include pillow-top beds, down comforters, soundproof windows that block off outside noise (which is little in this residential area), premium cable TVs with Japanese channels, and 37 to 42-inch flat-screen TVs. Newspapers like USA Today and Asahi, a Japanese daily, are distributed without additional fees.
