The Palm Jumeirah
The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, one of the world's most daring developments, is a tourists' paradise. This man-made archipelago in the Arabian Gulf is shaped like a palm tree, with a 3-mile-long trunk and a fan of fronds lined with luxurious villas and five-star hotels.
When visiting the Palm Jumeirah, one of the first things that strike you is its size. The outer crescent of this massive archipelago is more than 10 miles long and visible from space. Walking is not recommended due to the large distance between each hotel. The rose-hued Atlantis, perched atop the Palm, is one of Dubai's most famous sights. It has a five-star hotel, famous chef restaurants, and a bustle of entertainment options. The public is welcome to visit WHITE Beach, a luxury beach club at the Atlantis resort. There is an admission fee that is usually added to your food and beverage bill and is usually 50% off. The Riva Beach Club on the Palm Jumeirah is a mid-range beach club that sells daily passes to its beach on the Palm for roughly $30 per person, each day. There is a restaurant and numerous swimming pools in addition to the private beach.
