Nestled within a peaceful forest, the Grace Field House serves as a home to a group of orphans who coexist like a tight-knit family. Their guardian, known as "Mama" Isabella, watches over them. These youngsters engage in daily educational tests but are granted the freedom to enjoy their time, often playing outdoors, as long as they stay within the boundaries of the orphanage. Yet, a stern rule dictates that they must never wander too far.

Their content lives in "The Promised Neverland," however, are punctuated by the unsettling reality that befalls the orphans every few months. During these intervals, a child is chosen to be adopted, starting anew with a different family, and forever severed from the orphanage. This pattern raises suspicion among the three oldest siblings who reside there. They embark on a quest to uncover the hidden truths behind Grace Field House, exposing the grim destiny that awaits the children within, as well as the disturbing secrets harbored by their beloved Mama.
