"Thinking out Loud" by Ed Sheeran

"Thinking Out Loud" is a song recorded by English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran for his second studio album (2014). Sheeran and Amy Wadge wrote it, while Jake Gosling, a longtime collaborator, produced it. It was released as the album's third single in the United States on September 24, 2014.

The song lasted 19 weeks in the top 40 in the United Kingdom before reaching number one in early November 2014. "Thinking Out Loud" received nominations for Grammy Award for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance at the 58th Grammy Awards, winning the latter two.
