Tolpuddle

Tolpuddle Vineyard was established in 1988 in Australia. The farm is located about 20 minutes drive from Hobart, in Tasmania's south-east, the Coal River Valley. The brand of their has established about reputation for growing exceptional quality grapes and won the Tasmanian Vineyard of the Year award in 2006.

Tolpuddle Vineyard is planted with mature Chardonnay Pinot Noir vines, facing northeast, and sloping gently up when viewed from Back Tea Tree Road. The soil here is light silica over sandstone and of moderate vigor, so it can demonstrate well-balanced vines producing grapes of great flavor and intensity.
