The name Tous les Jours translates to "every day" in French, and the establishment is recognized for its "French-Asian-inspired" offerings, primarily featuring a variety of baked goods and beverages.
As of 2021, the franchise has expanded its footprint to over 1,650 locations worldwide. Tous les Jours was founded in 1996, with its inaugural store opening in Guri, South Korea, in September 1997. The franchise achieved milestones with its 100th store opening in April 1999 and its 300th store in June 2001. In January 2003, the company transitioned to a "café-style bakery business model." Tous les Jours celebrated the opening of its 1000th store in July 2008.
On November 11, 2011, Tous les Jours marked its entry into the Philippines with the opening of its first store.
