Try Relaxing Your Muscles
Your muscles may feel better once you have relaxed them. Progressive muscle relaxation is a method that some people have employed to this end (PMR). In order to acquire both physical and mental relaxation, people must continuously tense and relax their muscles. In recent research, it was discovered that PMR can significantly lessen chemotherapy-related nausea.
Massage is yet another method to ease tense muscles. In one research, lower arm or lower leg massages were administered to a group of chemotherapy patients for 20 minutes during their treatment. The participants who had massages had a 24% lower chance of feeling queasy afterward than those who did not receive any massages.
