Tsunahachi
Tsunahachi is a well-known tempura restaurant that first opened its doors in 1923. One of the staple Japanese cuisines, tempura, is well-known throughout the world. The chefs at the restaurant work hard to produce sides that go well with the tempura and to encourage the excitement and genuine enjoyment of consuming fresh tempura. At the counter, you can observe the cook preparing and serving food in front of you. You'll want to eat as much as you can because the vegetables are perfectly cooked and the tempura batter is so light and crunchy.
The lunch options will be explained to you by a member of staff who can speak English despite the Japanese language on the menu. If you are a vegetarian, you can choose a dish and request that no meat or fish items be used; it won't be a problem for them. A traditional lunch consists of rice, pickles, grated daikon, miso soup, and tentsuyu dipping sauce. Dashi is usually used to make soups and sauces, so you can omit them and season your food with the four great salts (fine salt, konbu, wasabi, and red perilla). Tourists may easily get a tempura eating guide in English in Tsunahachi.
