Tuo zaafi, commonly known as T.Z or Saakbo in Northern Ghana, is a popular meal. It is not just prevalent in Ghana, but also in various regions of West Africa, particularly in Nigeria, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger. It is often served with your choice of soup, although the most frequent soup connected with T.Z. is "Ayoyo" or dry okra, also known as "busheshe kebewa." The ingredients are inexpensive and readily available at all times.
