Twinkle Twinkle is a South Korean television series starring Kim Hyun-joo, Lee Yu-ri, Kim Suk-hoon and Kang Dong-ho. The success story of Han Jung-won (Kim Hyun-joo), a career-driven workaholic who is determined to succeed on her own without the support of her family, which has amassed substantial wealth from their publishing company, is told in the lighthearted, upbeat, and endearing family drama Twinkle, Twinkle.

However, Jung-won is unaware that Hwang Geum-ran, another baby, was exchanged with her at birth due to the hospital's incompetence. The identity swap caused the two girls to have distinct upbringings from households with varying means and social standing, as well as varied outcomes. When Geum-ran discovers the truth, she views it as a chance to improve her precarious situation. However, Geum-ran's bitterness makes her consider Jung-won her rival, and she continues to torment her. The road to recuperation for Jung-won, whose life has been flipped upside down, is paved with obstacles.
