At Umami, there are no a la carte options. All you have to do is choose from three different omakase alternatives. You get 12 classes for $68, which is a great deal. With the addition of foie gras and wagyu beef, the price jumps to $98. For $138, you may take 18 courses that will make you feel like you have built-in bookshelves in your "parlor room". the quality does not suffer as a result of the accessibility.
