Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt was written by Tina Fey and her writing collaborator Robert Carlock. Carol Kane, who plays Kemper's landlady, and Jane Krakowski, who plays Schmidt's employer, are among the excellent ensemble cast members.

Kimmy Schmidt is a screwball comedy about a lady from Indiana who was held in a basement for 15 years before being liberated and moved to New York City at the age of 29. Schmidt, played by Ellie Kemper, must navigate a modern world she is unfamiliar with while attempting to conceal her history in order to look normal. The show's fourth season was planned to begin in January 2019. It has received a number of Emmy nods, including two for Outstanding Comedy Series.
