Valter’s Osteria

Valter's Osteria, a relative newcomer to Salt Lake City's downtown restaurant scene, is full of Italian charm. Local guests will recognize the proprietor, who also happens to be the restaurant's namesake, as he has worked in other fine restaurants in the area. Valter's was designed to introduce guests to his Tuscan background, service, and cuisine, and he frequently visits each table individually. As a result, you'll have a friendly and unforgettable encounter. Both Tuscan classics and updated traditional food are available on the menu. Pastas and gnocchi are produced on site, while meats and shellfish are carefully selected and prepared.
