With Viet-nom, he enters the premium dining industry with specialized cuisine that brings selected favorites from colorful Vietnam to the table by serving classic dishes made from everyday ingredients like fish sauce, sugar, and rice.

Aside from the most well-known Vietnamese cuisine, their menu includes Lemongrass pork skewers, also known as Banh hoi thit nuong, and Banh xeo, which are pancakes stuffed with shrimp and pork. The Viet-Nom was the first to offer Vietnamese coffee to Delhi's interested residents, and it's best served with Banh Tieu Donuts.
