Viking Sea
Viking Sea, the second ship in Viking's Ocean Cruises fleet, was introduced in April 2016. The ship's compact size, which can accommodate 930 passengers, enables direct access to more remote ports worldwide.
The cabin sizes on Viking Sea range from 270 square feet in size for Veranda Staterooms to 1,448 square feet for the Owner's Suite. King-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, balconies, and heated floors in the bathrooms are standard in all guestrooms. Spending extra money on premium accommodations comes with extra benefits, such as first choice reservations for excursions, spa services, and specialized restaurants.
The ship has a fitness center, a Nordic spa with a snow grotto, an outdoor gym and yoga space, a theater, and a unique infinity pool on the stern that makes it seem as though you're swimming in the ocean.
The Viking Sea offers a range of eating alternatives to satisfy your appetite once you've worked up an appetite. They range from outdoor eating on the Aquavit Terrace to informal Norwegian fare at Mamsen's. Recent guests have raved about their experiences onboard, praising the meals, the ship, and the staff as being of the highest caliber. Viking Sea travels to ports in the West Indies, the Caribbean, and all of Europe.
