Viking Sky
The 930-passenger Viking Sky, which made its debut in February 2017, is praised by previous passengers for its port-intensive itineraries (price includes one complimentary excursion per port) and opulent, spacious accommodations. The size of the cabins ranges from 270 to 1,448 square feet, and all come equipped with heated floors in the bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, balconies, and free Wi-Fi. Upgraded stateroom and suite customers receive extra benefits including first dibs at the spa and exclusive dining establishments.
Activities onboard Viking Sky include talks about the destination, spa treatments, and fitness center classes. The ship has two swimming pools, two whirlpools, and an infinity pool at the stern. In the evenings, travelers can take in a live performance in the theater or watch a movie about their location in one of the two movie theaters.
The Aquavit Terrace and Manfredi's Italian Restaurant both offer outside eating options for visitors. With 550 crew members on board, the ship keeps a guest-to-staff ratio of around 2:1.
In addition to the Mediterranean, Viking Sky also travels to Central America.
