Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers (WW) was a 1963 weight loss program in which members kept track of their individual scores - scores assigned to foods and beverages based on nutritional and dietary value diet). The best results are achieved when the program is combined with a CDE consultant. It is a diet method that anyone can easily follow. You don't have to go hungry with this diet. The daily score is high enough to allow for three meals and at least two snacks per day. Members are also assigned a customizable and flexible weekly score.
