Whale lives up to the same high standards, with refined simplicity and seasonal ingredients that are bursting with freshness and inventive interpretations on classic dishes. With fresh plants and abundance of natural light, the design aims to make your dining experience as relaxing as possible. There are numerous alternatives available on the menu. With Pac Choi, chestnuts, bamboo, kales, and peanuts, the European Bass is served in a fragrant green curry sauce. Pork Belly with chipotle and creamed corn may be preferred by meat eaters. Try the Shrimpburger for something a little less sophisticated — you won't be disappointed.
