The practice of managing and planning how to split your time between various activities is known as time management. If you execute it correctly, you'll find that you work more efficiently and effectively to complete more tasks in less time, even under time constraints and heavy pressure.


As the phrase goes, "Time is money," so it's time to assign a value to yours. This will not only lower your startup's overall costs, but it will also help you manage your workload.
