Demonstrate to the interviewer that you can effectively interact with coworkers and solve problems through collaboration by discussing a particular event in your career where working together resulted in a favorable outcome.

My objective would be to settle the person's problem in a calm and non-physical manner, utilizing reasonable dialogue and strategies learned throughout my conflict resolution training. If I am unable to de-escalate the situation in this manner, I will seek help from my colleagues or superiors before resorting to physical restraint measures.
