Where to go?
The towering twin volcanic peaks of the Pitons crown St. Lucia as the Caribbean's beauty queen. Crescent-shaped beaches, small fishing villages, rainforests, reefs, waterfalls, geothermal areas, and stunning hills are just a few of St. Lucia's many attractions. Adventure seekers will find much to do in St. Lucia. Ziplining, climbing the Pitons, hiking the many marked nature trails, horseback riding, sightseeing cruises, and exploring the island's active volcano are all popular island activities. Diving is excellent on the west shore of this island, with a rich assortment of corals, sponges, and reef fish.
Marigot Bay, on the western coast of Saint Lucia in the Caribbean, is flanked on three sides by high and forested hills. It is without a doubt St. Lucia's most beautiful bay. It is best viewed from a high point on the road that connects the main Caribbean coastal route to the bay. On the bay's azure waters, yachts bob, and green slopes lead to a magnificent palm-fringed beach.
Because of the island's magnificent geology, hiking in St. Lucia can be a lot of fun, and the Tet Paul Nature Trail near Soufrière offers some of the best views in the south. This 45-minute easy-moderate ascent travels through a tropical forest in St. Lucia's Pitons Management Area, which is designated as a World Heritage Site. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Martinique and St. Vincent.
