Yas Marina Circuit
Yas Marina is all about the luxury Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The circuit is located on Yas Island, which is roughly 30 minutes from Abu Dhabi, the UAE's capital city. Apart than the tracks, there is a lot more to discover. A theme park, a water park, residential areas, hotels, and beaches are all part of the marina-based developments.
It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for racing enthusiasts. Hermann Tilke, not only an engineer and designer, but also a racer, designed the circuit. The course boasts a fantastic layout, presenting interesting challenges to the world's F1 riders. Yas Marina was the Middle East's second track, following Bahrain.
The circuit was meticulously designed, with twenty-one corners twisting and traversing you around with a view of the Marina and Yas Hotel Abu Dhabi. It has some straight and tight angles and facade lights. The circuit's attraction is that each turn is claimed to be different and unique. There are 5 grandstands on the track (North, South, Main, West and Marina Grandstand). It also has a Team Building, Media Center, Dragster Track, and a VIP Tower.
