Yui Edomae Sushi
Yui Edomae Sushi is part of Chinatown's thriving restaurant community, which has spread outward from its original center along Spring Mountain Road. Yui Edomae focuses on traditional Japanese Omotenashi service, which embodies a guest-centered hospitality culture. The restaurant is also certified by the Japanese Food and Ingredient Supporters organization, which requires restaurants to use a majority of Japanese food and alcoholic beverages.
Kansha, or the superior omakase course, with Kanpai Champagne, a premium appetizer, Owan soup, a sashimi platter, a charcoal-grilled platter, nigiri, handroll, and dessert (for $210), as well as two other omakase courses, are among the menu highlights. The sushi menu is just as impressive as you'd expect. The chef here is well-known, having worked at other well-known sushi restaurants prior to Yui Edomae. A meal here is an experience to be savored because it is both simple and extravagant.
The authentic Japanese dining experience at Yui Edomae includes the restaurant's acclaimed sushi. Yui Edomae's omakase is a terrific deal at $120 for an outstanding selection of offerings that includes sake, sashimi, nigiri, and even dessert, making it well worth the short journey off the Strip.
