    Callaway

Callaway is another golf brand that has been around since the early 80's and has revolutionized golf club design over the years. The release of the 1991 Callaway "Big Bertha" driver ushered in the era of the larger, more forgiving driver heads we see today.

They are well represented on the PGA and European Tours, with pros on their roster including Phil Mickelson, Xander Schauffele, Francesco Molinari and Henrik Stenson. And their latest lineup of Callaway "Mavrik", which includes "Max", a big head improvement option with impressive forgiveness, like their pro clubs, serve the medium handicap well. Callaway also owns an Odyssey, making some of the best putters available today.

    TaylorMade

TaylorMade, now owned by adidas, started in 1979 with a single product. This is an innovative screwdriver made of steel, not persimmon. Expanding its scope in the 1980s, the company quickly established itself as one of the world's leading manufacturers of golf clubs.

TaylorMade are arguably the most popular brands on the PGA Tour today. An impressive list of pros including Tiger Woods, John Rahm, Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson and Ricky Fowler carry TaylorMade clubs in their golf bag. The company continues to innovate by reinventing the traditional driver face with the release of "twisted face" technology for its M3/M4 drivers in 2018. And the latest lineup of Sim Drivers improves on the already impressive forgiveness and range of last year's M6.

    M6
is still tolerant, but it's hard to find a set of irons that can match the TaylorMade Sim Max irons when it comes to ease of off-center hitting. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, we recommend TaylorMade and ranked #1 among the best golf club brands of the year.

As a result, Adams has been added to the corporate roster of golf brands such as Adidas Golf and TaylorMade-adidas Golf. Titleist

The Titleist is best known for the ubiquitous Pro V1 golf ball that revolutionized golf when it was first introduced on the PGA Tour in October 2000. The Pro V1 continues to be the most popular ball on the Tour.
But the company also makes some of the best golf clubs on the market, and some of the best pros, including Adam Scott, Webb Simpson, and Justin Thomas, have Titleist clubs.

Titleist clubs are generally more suitable for players with lower handicap. They have options to improve the game, but all things considered, I think TaylorMade, Ping, Callaway, and Cobra are better suited for this segment. Still, the U510 multi-purpose iron is one of the most generous and easy to hit driving irons right now. If you're looking for fairways, you won't be disappointed.

Cobra Golf is based in California but owned by German sports giant Puma. It has been around since the 70's and was one of the first golf club brands to introduce an all-rounder (hybrid) club. Their enhancement irons consistently top the list of the best irons in their category, and during some of the '90s their oversized irons were golf's best-selling irons.

Pros who played with Cobra on the PGA Tour include Ricky Fowler, Jason Duphner and Bryson DeChambeau. Lexi Thompson used Cobra King Speedzone LPGA drivers. While Cobra is primarily concerned with the gaming enhancement sector, Cobra also makes wrought iron products for people with physical disabilities (or those who simply prefer a wrought iron look).

    Robin Golf

Have you ever heard of Robin Golf? Although a relatively new brand, it is already gaining momentum and attracting media attention. Their goal is to "buy premium clubs easier and cheaper", and there are a few cool touches that make this possible.

First, their clubs are made with the same facilities and materials as premium golf brands. And while not cheap ($699 for the standard set), you can get a premium club set that costs at least twice the price if you have a more recognizable brand logo on the club head. Second, Robin Golf Club is in the Super Game Upgrade category, making it easy to hit, forgive mistakes, and launch the ball into the air. If your handicap is less than 10, this club may not be for you.

Finally, there are attractive payment and return options. You can spread the cost of Robin Golf Club in monthly installments and offer 90-day free returns. Basically you can try the club and if you don't like it you can send it back.
