The Chapeau D' Amour is a lovely hat with a fascinating history. The romantic French expression "chapeau d'amour," or "love's cap," is most commonly associated with this form of headgear. In 2004, couture designer Louis Mariette designed the world's most expensive hat, valued at $2.7 million. The artwork is composed of braided platinum and is inspired by ivy and bluebells, according to Luxuo. The hat's price could be due to the diamonds studded on it. It was worn by actress Alicia Witt at Christine's gallery in London and is not for sale, but it made Witt feel like a "royal" for the day.
The hat's design is unique, and it was first seen at Christie's exhibition in London when Victoria Beckham wore it to her fashion show for women over 40. Later, another Hollywood actress, Alicia Witt, wore this headpiece while wearing an Oscar de la Renta exclusive dress during New York Fashion Week in fall 2008, which drew attention with its lavish outfit that matched with green feathers that perfectly matched her eyes while wearing high heels like Cinderella.
The Chapeau D'Amour was a magnificent hat composed of pure platinum fabric adorned with diamonds. As their guests watched them on TV, the model at the London gallery and actress Alicia Witt wore this exquisite piece of art.

In 1972, Warhol made Halston Hat as a 40th birthday present for his friend, psychiatrist Robert Giller, and delivered it to him at a party at the townhouse of a mutual acquaintance, fashion designer Halston. Warhol completed the work by signing one of the Hamiltons in black marker after skillfully crinkling the bills and weaving them into the hall. Later, in 1979, Warhol included a photograph of Giller wearing the hat in his Andy Warhol's Experiences book and handed the doctor an autographed first edition. Giller's wife has kept the hat safe since his death in a car accident in 1996.
Giller and Warhol had to be good friends. According to Lesley Frowlick, Halston's niece, the pop art pioneer was a notorious skinflint: "I was startled to find that the bills used for the sculpture were $10 notes instead of $1 bills." Regardless, its current price tag has much more numbers. Selling price range: $800,000 to $1.2 million.

Lady Gaga had a wide-brimmed Gladys Tamez hat that she rarely left home without for a spell. The artist wore them with a variety of ensembles, and while she appears to like the pink design that debuted on her Joanne album cover, she's also worn them in yellow and dark colors. To others, the hat may appear tame — flexible and quite typical of Gaga. Gladys Tamez Millinery designed the hat, which is the same designer as the pink hat Gaga wears on the cover of her new album, Joanne.
However, this hat at the 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show revealed that her wild fashion choices are far from gone. Her hat, which was encrusted with 45,700 Swarovski crystals, was nearly as extravagant as Josephine Skriver. Almost. It did, however, include an ankle-length fringe, which was similar to Skriver's runway look. This fascinating hat costs a whopping $1 million and ranks 3rd in the list of most expensive celebrity hats.

At Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding in 2011, the hat was the focus of royal fashion. Princess Beatrice came in a light-colored creation dubbed a "turkey twizzler” or "lavatory seat”. According to the BBC, a Facebook page dedicated to the iconic hat was formed, and an auction raised $80,000 for UNICEF and Children in Crisis. The princess was taken aback by the overwhelming response and described herself as "amazed" by the amount of attention the item received.
The hat was the catalyst for a thousand memes. Some called it the ‘pretzel hat’, its creator Philip Tracey called it a ‘bow’, but others had less favorable names for Princess Beatrice's memorable headwear at the royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge back in 2011. This “pretzel hat” hasn't ruined the Irish-born milliner's reputation, however, he despises the present fascinator craze.

The Charlie Chaplin Bowler Hat is composed of black felt with a gold inside lining and has an appearance that may be worn at any time. Most people identify this hat with Charlie Chaplin since he wore one in his film Modern Times, which was released on November 14, 1936; nevertheless, his character did not wear it in the manner in which more modern bowler hats are worn.
Chaplin's signature bowler hat was invented by Thomas and William Bowler in 1849. The hat had a rounded crown and a wide, curving brim. Men wore this style of hat as part of their semi-formal clothing in the nineteenth century.
Chaplin also had his own wax figure, which he donated in 1936 and is now on display at the Museum of Kentucky. However, Chaplin's estate sold it to an auction house for roughly 62k dollars!

Michael Jackson wore this fedora hat in the 1984 music video for "Billie Jean." A year later, it was sold for a whopping $350,000. It has been described as a pop culture icon, so much so that other celebrities have tried to buy it, including Justin Timberlake and Kanye West. However, both of their bids were unsuccessful due to bidding wars between themselves, which drove up prices even more until they were finally outbid by a wealthy Saudi Arabian investor.
This fedora hat is a black fur felt fedora with a gold metal buckle on his Victory tour in 1984. The interior is lined with white silk and bears the Maddest Hatter's symbol, a double Griffon flanking a crest with the banner "A Crown Upon Your Head." "Manufactured in USA custom made 7 3-8," reads the inner label. "By Maddest Hatter"; "Made Expressly for Michael Jackson"; "100% Genuine Fur" are stamped on the internal black leather hatband.
Although the titfer has no distinguishing features, it became invaluable when Michael Jackson put it around his head on stage at Wembley Stadium during one of his performances.
