1984 Rip City “No Net Ever” Black Flag
This board has one of the deepest cuts in the world, owing to the fact that it was an uncommon board in the 1980s and pays homage to 80s punk culture. Black Flag is still one of the most well-known punk bands, with fans tattooing its insignia on their arms. In terms of craftsmanship, the board is rather straightforward. The fact that it's such a hard-to-find board with a lot of history in Venice Beach skate culture is the true draw here. 1984 Rip City “No Net Ever” Black Flag's worth more than $7,000 in pristine condition.
This collectible skateboard is inspired by the California skate scene. It's a tribute to Black Flag, a hardcore punk band. Raymond Pettibon, guitarist Greg Ginn's brother, created the artwork for the deck. The Rip City version of this board from 1984 is regarded as the rarest, which is why it has fetched such a high price and is one of the most expensive skateboards of all time.
