Al Barsha Pond Park

Al Barsha Pond Park is a manicured green park based on an artificial lake in Dubai's southern districts, inland from Dubai Marina and The Palms Jumeirah. The park is 52 acres in size, with manicured garden strips and plenty of trees to provide shade for the 1.5-kilometer-long-running track around the lake.

The park's main draw for local exercisers is the rubber-surfaced running track, which is popular with walkers, skaters, joggers, and runners. There is a separate cycling path circuit around the lake, and the bike rental office in Al Barsha Pond Park hires out bicycles, e-bikes, and go-karts. If you want to get out onto the lake rather than walk around it, you may rent pedalos. Three playground spaces have been built up on-site for local families with little kids. Within the park, there are a few cafés that provide refreshments. The park is free to enter. The local city bus is the most convenient means of public transportation.
