Alias
Alias is an American action thriller and science fiction television series created by J. J. Abrams, which aired for five seasons between September 30, 2001, and May 22, 2006. Jennifer Garner plays Sydney Bristow, a double agent for the CIA who acts as an agent of the international criminal and espionage group SD-6.
The concentration of the first two seasons of Alias was mostly on Sydney's responsibility to keep her true career a secret from her friends and family as she used various identities to carry out missions and her efforts to take down SD-6 with the help of the CIA. The series' later seasons deal with multiple characters and plot-driven storylines. The search for and recovery of artifacts created by Milo Rambaldi, a fictitious Renaissance figure with similarities to both Leonardo da Vinci and Nostradamus, is a recurring theme in the later seasons of the television series.
