Star Wars: The Bad Batch

An American animated program Star Wars: The Bad Batch was produced by Dave Filoni for the Disney+ streaming service. It is a part of the Star Wars franchise and both a prequel and a spin-off of the television show Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

The series follows Clone Force 99, also known as the Bad Batch, a group of elite clone troopers with genetic mutations that were first introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, taking on daring mercenary missions in the aftermath of the Clone Wars. Star Wars: The Bad Batch's first season aired on May 4, 2021, and lasted for 16 episodes until August 13. Critics gave it good reviews. The beginning of the second season is planned for September 28, 2022.
