Art Omi

According to Art Omi, exposure to varied artistic perspectives from throughout the world encourages acceptance and respect, increases awareness, spurs innovation, and sparks change. Art Omi establishes a safe haven for the artistic community and the general public to embrace the transformational power of art by fostering community with creative expression as its common denominator. An international residency program for artists, writers, translators, musicians, architects, and dancers is offered by the non-profit arts facility Art Omi, which has a 120-acre sculpture and architecture park and gallery.

Art Omi has been characterized by the idea that artistic expression transcends economic, political, and cultural barriers ever since it was founded. More than 2,000 artists from more than 100 nations have so far been hosted by Art Omi. Art Omi makes this guiding vision a thrilling reality by inviting a distinctive and diverse mix of artists, authors, musicians, and dancers from all over the world to establish a dynamic, positive working community.


The five residency programs offered by Art Omi are Art Omi: Architecture, Art Omi: Artists, Dance, Music, and Writers. Residents are chosen through a competitive jury procedure and invited to the event at no expense to themselves, other than travel.
