Aruu Falls

Aruu Falls is located in the Pader district in northern Uganda as visitors head towards Queen Elizabeth National Park and they tumble down the slippery rocks creating a fascinating view. There are several activities visitors can do at Aruu Falls, including rock climbing, sport fishing, fishing, swimming, and nature walks. These fall seasons are truly spectacular. The water flows gracefully over the slippery cascading rocks that are naturally arranged into a series of steps that are sure to leave visitors relaxed and mesmerized by their intricate beauty. Just over four kilometers from the Pader-Kitgum highway, stop here for breathtaking views and a picnic lunch. If visitors are not in a hurry, spend the day here and go hiking, swimming, or walking in a guided nature or community. However, be careful the rocks can be very slippery due to the water, so be extra careful. These waterfalls are one of the must-visit places for visitors to have a breathtaking experience.
