Baki the Grappler
Baki the Grappler (Japanese: グラップラー刃牙, Hepburn: Gurappur Baki) is a Japanese manga series created by Keisuke Itagaki. From 1991 to 1999, it was serialized in the Shnen manga magazine Weekly Shonen Champion and collected into 42 tankbon volumes by Akita Shoten. Baki Hanma, a teen, is followed as he trains and tests his fighting skills against a variety of opponents in deadly, no-rules hand-to-hand combat.

Throughout the series, Baki faces off against various opponents in intense martial arts battles, while also exploring themes such as family, honor, and the true meaning of strength.
