Bazaruto Archipelago

The Bazaruto Archipelago is the first name on the list of the best dive sites in Mozambique. The Bazaruto Archipelago, which lies between Africa and Madagascar, is so beautiful that most first-time divers are awestruck by it. The beaches are immaculate, and the waters are teeming with colorful marine life. This could be due to the reef's protection, which allows a diverse range of marine life to thrive.

You will be sharing these waters with dugongs, whale sharks, humpback whales, giant lobsters, starfish, and both soft and hard corals if you take the plunge and learn what is a surface interval when scuba diving. In fact, the dives in Bazaruto Archipelago are designed to give you spectacular access to everything the reefs have to offer, including snapper, barracuda, whale sharks, humpback whales, manta rays, kingfish, and three different types of turtles, reef sharks, and the occasional dugong, depending on the season. This is as good as it gets for coral reef enthusiasts. The visibility is incredible, with divers being able to see down to 40 meters.
